Havering

As I was listening to Proclaimers on my way to work today, I thought to myself, I should really try to find "havering" on google today. I've always wondered what it meant, but have never been able to figure it out. According to Wordsmith.org havering means to talk nonesense - good to know - makes sense in the context of the song too.
